We are a residential housekeeping membership that tidies up your house daily for a serine life. We are simply the evolution of residential cleaning for today's urban lifestyles. Instead of cleaning your whole house once a week, we clean it gradually every day, part by part, adding up to the entire house at the end of the week. But by doing so, we also handle dishes, make your bed and give your home a quick tidy-up daily. After all, we know it's not about cleaning but tidying.

So here we are with the mission of improving the quality of daily life by making traditionally lavish, hedonic services accessible. Because actually, they are not any more "lavish" than paying a random stranger to give you a lift in a private car...

The Role

We're hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys early-stage environments, spearheading all things; Web and Mobile Platforms, UI/UX, design, & brand. You will work directly with the founders to design and build a world-class user experience and brand identity. You'll have a high degree of influence and input into the direction of the product and company. The role requires outstanding communication and customer empathy skills. You will simultaneously need to be collaborative and a group player while at the same time and be self-directed and independent.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and implementation of the web and mobile platform.
• Write easily maintained code.
• Collaborate with the team to accelerate growth, activation, & retention through product design iteration, front-end development, & user research.
• Work with the founders to design and implement a world-class user experience.
• Build a company-wide set of design principles and guidelines to integrate throughout the entire product.
• Get your hands dirty. We're a startup, so things ship quickly, and you may need to wear many hats.
