ABOUT THE ROLE

OUR TEAM MISSION

At Genesys, the Value Consulting team is responsible for producing content and tools that help communicate the value of our software platform and offers. Our mission is simple: enable all functions at Genesys with the ability to quantify, communicate and engage around value with prospects and customers.

WHAT IS AHEAD

Currently in the process to re-engineer a subset of our tools that support marketing, sales, and customer success teams, we are looking for a professional with basic experience in software design, coding, and debugging. The junior developer will join our team in the early stages of the process, representing an opportunity to gain exciting real-world software engineering experience at a thriving company.

YOUR FUTURE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Work closely with our Value Consulting, Marketing Operations and IT teams to identify and analyze key requirements for value consulting business applications
• · Help define cycles in support of releasing these business applications to multiple user bases.
• · Collaborate in the development of UI/UX standards
• · Collaborate in the design of data models
• · Collaborate in the design of application architectures, including their integration to other platforms at Genesys and consumption of APIs
• · Participate in software development and maintenance activities
• · Help develop and execute testing procedures in support of guaranteeing the quality of applications
• · Understanding of Agile software development methods

Salary: $21.00 per hour
