Digital Studio Front-end Developer at The Mom Project

We are seeking a Digital Studio Front-end Developer on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience in delivering high-quality digital design, motion, and interactive work in a fast-paced agency and/or production environment.
• Expert knowledge of modern digital design tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, HTML 5, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (Workfront is a plus).
• Proven HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills.
• Knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process.
• Experience with Google Web Designer, Google, and the studio is a plus.
• Cinema 4D experience and Digital illustration skills are a plus.
• Working knowledge of design, brand development, and overall creative process.
• Able to manage a high volume of projects with constantly changing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented: Able to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Team player, flexible and fast thinker, especially during critical or stressful times.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Digital Design, Graphic Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or related field, OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 8+ years of work experience in an agency environment or as an agency contractor

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly-owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Digital Studio Front-end Developer on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Integrate seamlessly with key internal teams, ensuring transparency and a data-driven approach to creative production.
• Develop digital creative graphic approaches that achieve business needs, technical requirements, and project considerations.
• Execute creative changes and/or versions flawlessly in a fast-paced environment – Social media, rich media, interactive and programmatic banners, digital video, and web page assets using creative software and coding skills.
• Modify and optimize user experiences and campaign journeys.
• Work with the creative and production leadership on the shape of tech-led creative executions.
• Deliver smart media creative that impacts brand metrics and business outcomes.
• Oversee and ensure high-quality output and award-winning work.
• Partner with other creative team leaders in establishing and delivering against the in-house agency vision and strategy.
• Recommend best practices for digital design support, automation, and execution.
• Create sophisticated prototypes to secure stakeholder buy-in of new ideas/concepts.
• Assist cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
• Must be comfortable within a digital production environment.
• Develop the UX/UI for emails, landing pages, digital banners desktop, and mobile experiences.

Hours & Location:

M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is in a 100% remote location.
