  • Systematizing, automating, and digitizing information and processes for more effective development of insights and input into the strategy and operations;
  • Driving connectivity and relationship building across the Firm;
  • Assisting on various projects to help define and achieve PwC's objectives and vision;
  • Managing annual plans, budgets and tracking ROI;
  • Leading development of agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, and supporting follow up on actions and agreements related to monthly calls/meetings;
  • Working in a fast paced manner in order to address time sensitive matters;
  • Leveraging commercial, business and global acumen to drive outcomes;
  • Leading other “special projects" and other initiatives;

  • Creating digital dashboards, presentations or other reports to support activities;
  • Demonstrating innovative thinking and a customer-centric mindset to improve the process and experience and to provide value to the Digital team;
  • Executing on key responsibilities to allow the team leader to focus on market-facing activities and overall strategic direction;
  • Managing and taking ownership of the change management activities needed within and between the core leadership team members to enact the strategic vision and operational initiatives set forth by the Senior Partner;
  • Establishing and leading the planning, business agenda, and implementation of meetings and visits for the Senior Partner;
  • Directing and preparing content through collaboration with US Leadership team members;
  • Anticipating future needs of the Senior Partner and Core Leadership team and proactively addressing those needs - establishing and implementing processes to so that the Senior Partner is prepared for and meets their commitments;
  • Exercising an extensive amount of independent discretion and judgment given the nature of the responsibilities;
  • Being a critical thinker with keen analytical skills that lead to practical solutions;
  • Displaying extensive negotiation skills, particularly with firm policy & strategy;
  • Initiating and maintaining positive work and team relationships;
  • Demonstrating time management organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and,
  • Managing projects to timely completion, keeping stakeholders informed - extensive facilitation, team building and coaching skills.
