We are in search of two Digital Designers with 3-6 years of experience in multimedia, graphic, or digital design to join our creative marketing team.


About You:

  • Strong portfolio or show reel demonstrating your precise layout skills, exceptional eye for detail and passion for design

  • Expert knowledge of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder).

  • Strong conceptualizing skills with the ability to come up with a range of creative options to any brief

  • Ability to take creative concepts from ideation through to final deliverables across marketing touchpoints (social, video and static campaign assets, webinars, display and EDMs).

  • Experience in creating and incorporating motion graphics into video.

  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and production for media platforms across digital and social channels.

  • Experience working with static and HTML5 digital display ads.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a range of stakeholders and cross functional teams to deliver bespoke designs that meet their business needs in a practical and functional manner

  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; high degree of initiative, excels under pressure and with minimal supervision and works towards goals with a keen sense of urgency

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with video-editing or postproduction using Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects

  • Experience working with Blender and 3D modelling.


Description

We are in search of two Digital Designers with 3-6 years of experience in multimedia, graphic, or digital design to join our creative marketing team. This is a part-time( 24 hours a week) opportunity on a 6-month contract, offering the advantage to work remotely from the Philippines. We're eager to bring aboard individuals who are available to start immediately and can commit to the 6 months opportunity.

Collaborating closely with our creative team and other members of the global marketing team, you will be producing a broad range of digital design solutions to support our marketing strategy. From bringing our marketing campaigns to life, following design briefs and brand guidelines with a focus on online advertising and global campaign implementation, you will be executing projects from conception through to production, producing digital assets for web banners, EDMs, campaign landing pages, social media channels as well as print work as required.

Day- day responsibilities include :

  • Designing promotional material and campaign assets for landing pages, email marketing, digital adverts, website banners and print collateral. Ensuring design best practices are followed.

  • Contributing to idea generation and creative brainstorming and following guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all digital touchpoints.

  • Bringing assets to life by creating animations and incorporating motion graphics.

  • Producing content for internal and external communications across multiple social channels. Including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, as well as online campaigns.

  • Working on ad-hoc design projects as directed by the Website and Design Manager and regional Heads of Marketing.
