DevSecOps Engineer with Angular / Java at Dignari

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as senior developer for agile application development team, delivering high quality mission critical applications using modern application frameworks, cloud services, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Participate in discussions with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.
• Assist with release planning and test operations.
• Adhere to DevOps practices and behaviors and support continuous improvement throughout the agile delivery process.
• Provide development support for front-end web applications using Angular.
• Provide development support for back-end applications in Java Spring Boot.
• Maintain source code using GitLab and support team’s DevSecOps processes to deploy in multiple environments, serving as main point of contact with external platform engineering and cloud teams.
• Participate in full scrum lifecycle processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demonstration of functionality at sprint reviews.
• Evaluates software and tools and analyze system and software requirements.
• Acts as a senior technical advisor providing technical guidance on systems design, engineering, and operational aspects of the system.
• Perform data analysis on asset spreadsheet, vet for discrepancies, and perform ETL with system under development.
