We're looking for a motivated DevOps - System administrator engineer to join our team.
Skills & requirements
- System administration skills on Linux platforms (Debian/Ubuntu);
- Server stack configuration and optimization skills (Apache/Nginx);
- A solid understanding of web application architecture, including DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and load balancing;
- Experience with GitHub and a solid understanding of Git core concepts;
- Containerization experience with Docker;
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes;
- CI/CD tools delivery and deployment skills;
- Knowledge of GitOps concepts and related tools (ArgoCD as the management tool, Helm + Kustomize + plain YAML manifests based on applicationsâ maturity);
- Experience w/ configuration management tools. (Ansible, Terraform);
- Understanding of relational (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, and their administration;
- Security issues as they relate to cloud-based infrastructure;
- Scripting with Bash;
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English.

- Solid experience with Amazon Web Services;
- Backend development skills, preferably w/ Ruby on Rails;
- Experience with CDNs and with Akamai in particular;
- Scripting Ruby on Rails or Python;
- Experience using automated monitoring tools.

Your mission
We're looking for a motivated DevOps - System administrator engineer to join our team. In this role, reporting to the DevOps team lead you will be mainly responsible for CI/CD; infrastructure settings and security; migration of applications and data working on cloud solutions; maintenance of systems virtual machines.

Location
At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
At the same time, at your disposal, you have our Bologna and Milan offices. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model, in which we give the possibility to our team members to work from one of our offices up to 2 days per week.
