Qualifications for the Remote DevOps Engineer include:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Cloud engineer experience preferably with AWS
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix system administration
  • Expertise with Terraform and ARM templates
  • Strong scripting abilities and understanding of monitoring solutions
  • US Citizenship required

Description

Piper Companies is seeking a REMOTE DevOps Engineer for a direct placement opportunity for a growing organization on the east coast. The DevOps Engineer will provide support for new automation efforts and initiatives and will lead the development and execution of efficient product delivery and quality.

Responsibilities for the Remote DevOps Engineer include:

  • Plan, implement and grow the AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Build/release/manage the configuration of all production systems with Terraform
  • Handle server deployments and implement scalable software services
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines and recommend improvements

Compensation for the Remote DevOps Engineer includes:

  • Salary Range: $100-140K based on experience/job site
  • Full Benefits: United Healthcare, Guardian Dental, VSP Vision, 401K with ADP, and PTO/holidays
  • Work Authorization: US Citizenship Required
