DevOps Engineer at NEOGOV

What You Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps and automation tools (Git, Bamboo/ Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform)
• Strong experience in production support
• Experience with software development and scripting languages (Power shell, Python, bash, Ruby)
• Experience working in Agile and/or Lean Software development environments
• Strong understanding of Release Management principles and process
• Basic database skills (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, MongoDB)
• Monitoring and log analysis (AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash, Solarwinds etc.)
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area of study

This is a remote role from anywhere in the US and Canada in the PST time zone.

What You Will do

• Manage, monitor and deploy a highly available, highly scalable NEOGOV hybrid cloud environment
• Interface directly with the Development and QA teams on a daily basis for the maintenance, upkeep and expansion of these environments
• Build out environments, troubleshoot deployment/configuration related problems
• Document the environments and provide assistance and review of proposed architectures
• Manage multiple environments with technologies like IIS, WebLogic, Solr, Redis, Elastic Search, MongoDB, SQL Server 2016, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Azure etc including providing day-to-day business hour, non-prime on-call support

What You Have

3+ years of professional experience in DevOps and automation tools (Git, Bamboo/ Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform)

Strong experience in production support
