DevOps Engineer at Concentrix

We need one to Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure and tools for efficient and automated software builds, deployments, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Description

At Concentrix, we’re seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools required to support our software development and deployment processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and operations, to ensure the seamless integration of development and operations activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure and tools for efficient and automated software builds, deployments, and operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure environments, leveraging cloud services (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terraform).
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications in Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools and practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and provide support for production incidents as needed.
