Are you an experienced DevOps engineer with a passion for streamlining development processes, optimizing infrastructure, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and possessing mobile application deployment skills? We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our DevOps practices by integrating code scanning, expanding the DevOps infinity loop, and managing mobile application deployments. As a DevOps Engineer at bSwift, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of our applications in a cloud-based environment, while championing security, quality, collaboration, and mobile readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for building, testing, and deploying applications, including mobile apps.
- Integrate code scanning tools and automated testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code quality, security, and compliance.
- Manage and maintain our infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes using modern DevOps tools and practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to deployment processes, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
- Implement and expand the DevOps infinity loop by enhancing automation, continuous monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage mobile application deployments, ensuring seamless releases to app stores and managing version updates.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our DevOps practices.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $102,000-$120,00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
