• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, user research, and user-centric design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a design team.
• Deep understanding of the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
• Experience in designing for AI/SaaS platforms or tech products is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• User Research: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience. Utilize findings to inform and drive design decisions.
• User Experience Design: Oversee all aspects of UX design, from wire-framing and prototyping to user testing, ensuring a frictionless and engaging user journey. Embrace hands-on design work on high-stakes projects to guide and support your team effectively.
• Design System Development: Lead your team to develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency in product development. This includes creating design tokens, guidelines, and UI components libraries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design concepts are aligned with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Feedback Integration: Implement a robust feedback loop, integrating user and stakeholder feedback into design iterations. Champion a continuous improvement mindset, refining the user experience based on data and user insights.
