Data QA Engineer at Playrix

Our team is looking for an experienced Data QA Engineer who will help develop our products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of general experience in testing
• knowledge and application of test design techniques
• confident knowledge of SQL/Python
• experience in data mining, data testing, or ETL
• experience with various databases (Postgres, Redshift, etc.)

Preferred

• understanding of data testing methodology and tools
• Python automation experience
• knowledge of Bash and Linux
• basic knowledge of data analytics (financial, marketing, etc.)
• experience with Spark, Hadoop, DataBricks
• knowledge of Pandas, Numpy, and Great Expectations libraries
• experience with AWS infrastructure

Data QA Engineer

Our team develops data-driven tools and services. We pay special attention to processing speed and data quality. This allows us to be confident in their completeness, relevance, and reliability so as to make the right decisions when developing our games.

Our team is looking for an experienced Data QA Engineer who will help develop our products.

Tasks

• quality control of game analytics data
• quality control of internal data processing products and services
• fine-tuning of continuous testing
• functional data testing
• preparation and launch of automated tests
• keeping our testing knowledge base up to date
• close interaction with the client

Our stack

We use our own Python testing framework to automatically test our products and services. Tasks and defects are stored in Asana, manual tests are stored in TestRail, and automated tests are stored in GitHub. Our infrastructure is in AWS. CI/CD – TeamCity.
