Poppy, a luxury children’s boutique, is currently seeking a Data Entry Associate to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Lightspeed POS system (or similar)
• Computer skills - experience with working in MS Excel, MS Word, and Dropbox
• Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work at least 25 hours per week
• Lightspeed POS or similar: 1 year (Preferred)
• MS Excel, MS Word, Dropbox: 1 year (Preferred)

Data Entry Associate Job Description

Poppy, a luxury children’s boutique, is currently seeking a Data Entry Associate to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Lightspeed POS (or similar) experience to work out of our Santa Monica/Brentwood location.

Essential Job Functions:

Enter all purchase orders into Lightspeed POS each season (Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer) and in-season orders for all three stores

• Track all shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Work with our shipping partners to ensure the best rates
• Communicate with the Poppy team on updates of shipments
• Communicate with our buying team to confirm delivery dates, get tracking information and other updates as needed

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
