  • A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing marketing campaigns and digital experiences, preferably for a Gen Z audience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to create engaging digital content.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time efficiency to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Fluent or native-level English language skills for clear communication and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for shopping, fashion, and tech, with a keen eye for emerging trends in these areas.
  • Located in the UK or EU to facilitate collaboration with the team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer who will primarily focus on designing marketing campaigns and digital experiences aimed at engaging our mobile app and web audiences. This role involves creating visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate mostly with the Gen Z demographic. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring our brand’s vision to life through various digital channels. Additionally, you will spend approximately 10% of your time working with our UX designer to ensure our app’s design elements are tailored to our target audience’s style and tone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and our website.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, animations, and other digital content that align with our brand identity and appeal to the Gen Z audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective promotional materials that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Work with the UX designer to refine and tailor the style and tone of design elements within our app to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our overall marketing strategy.
