Requirement 

The right designer for this role can produce crisp designs on short timelines and with light guidance. Beyond that, you should have a great sense for UX and an ability to focus on what truly matters for the success of the company (i.e., not getting bogged down in unimportant details).

We've quickly grown to the point where we need the sensibility and keen eye of a great designer. This is a special opportunity to be the very first designer for a product that is already getting a ton of use and is on a trajectory to have a huge customer base.
