Content Designer at spectraforce
The Product Team focuses on the platform that supports travel agents in their booking activities for their customers. It surfaces all of client's lines of business in a platform built for the specific needs of our global travel agent user base.

- Strong collaboration with product partners, and the ability to work closely with UX designers, product managers and tech teams with humility
Responsibilities:
- Write product copy with a clear and compelling voice & tone, and fix structural and comprehension problems with existing product content
- Design IA solutions to improve experience systems, overcome technical constraints and reduce content debt
- Design efficient content solutions that scale for modularity, localization, reuse, automation
- Partner across XD, product, and marketing to drive increased experience quality (including accessibility, inclusion, readability and translatability)
Required Skills:
- Ability to audit, analyze, structure, create, and present content independently using established frameworks
- Understanding of human-centered design (HCD) practices
- Thoughtful, empathetic and inclusive approach to content design that meets users where they are
- Strong skills in facilitation and presentation, and the ability to communicate compelling rationale and narratives to your team and partners
- Strong Figma skills
