Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the following areas:
  • Developing or supporting Cluster Datacenter Cloud solutions.
  • Datacenter Cloud Software Orchestration Services
  • Cloud Network topology security and requirements
  • Technical specification generation and verbal presentations
  • Technical leadership and influencing cross-division and cross-group
  • 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
  • Architecture role requirements gathering and writing architecture specifications
  • Datacenter Cloud Hardware Infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience communicating and influencing at the executive level to define product strategies and investment decisions
  • Experience with server systems architecture and technologies
  • Experience developing Orchestration Solutions or software Open Stack Kubernetes
  • Experience developing Telemetry solutions such as ElasticELK or Prometheus Kafka
  • Experience with site reliability engineering

We are looking for a Cloud Architect with a passion for innovation and customer obsession to help define the next generation of Intel’s Data Platform Groups (DPG) engineering infrastructure (@Scale Validation Clusters).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Make high-level design choices for the software structure frameworks protocols and algorithms.

  • Determine coding practices development tools and validation requirements.

  • Perform pathfinding and survey technologies.

  • Interact with multiple technologists in the company and within the industry as well as between developers and project managers to evaluate the feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development.

  • Hands-on leadership within a team of cluster engineers to develop, deploy and support at scale clusters using the latest technologies and platforms from Intel and customers.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$130,020.00-$195,420.00
