We are seeking an Cloud Engineer to support an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Program.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Work in collaborative environment with various project teams to support the IMDE team at DHS HQ.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Access to and knowledge of DHS Enterprise OCIO Systems; HQ Cloud, R2D2E, Jira, Confluence, GitLab
  • Work to implement complex cloud-based business requirements.
  • Develop, modify, and apply computer modeling applications to analyze and solve problems affecting cloud-based system and program performance.
  • Assist with all phases of cloud-based system implementation projects such as research, design, development, testing, modeling, simulating, training, documentation, maintenance, and support.
  • Install, configure, and develop integrations utilizing XACML standards with current DHS Identity and Data federation systems and prototype one or more provided operational use cases, with a dev/test source and receiving systems to support an operational information exchange.
  • Use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop prototype IMDE integrations and configurations based on proposed solution strategies.
  • The proposed solution strategies should support Identity Management, ABAC/Entitlement Management and Operational Data Management.
  • The solution strategy shall enable controlled information sharing from a component source system to a component receiving system.
  • The prototype solution strategies shall be demonstrated in the DHS HQ Cloud/ R2D2E environments utilizing a given mission, source system, receiving system and information sharing rules.

This position is fully remote working with a DHS Client in Washington, DC.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
