We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with strong skills in Azure Architecture and Virtual Desktop to join our dynamic IT team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong Experience in Azure Architecture and virtual desktop.
- Experience designing and implement cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform.
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure, include Azure VM, Azure AD, and Azure Networking.
- Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Experience with automation tools and techniques, such as PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator Associate) are preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform, with a specific focus on architectural design and virtual desktop.
- Develop and maintain Azure-based architecture for application and services, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions that meet business requirements and project goals.
- Monitor and optimize Azure-based application and services for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Support innovation and cost management across teams by critically evaluating existing practices and tools developing ideas for simplifying and improving systems and tools that meet customer and/or business needs.
- Accountable for tasks related to capacity planning, performance monitoring, and generating metrics reporting.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including critical business initiatives and updates/upgrades to existing infrastructure. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, for addressing production issues to spearheading new initiatives.
- independently perform functional analysis for new projects, thoroughly documenting functional and system requirements, and designing solution that meeting project goals.
- Contribute to business unit growth by collaborating with stakeholders to plan upgrades, migrations, and other initiatives. You will document, develop, and review architecture and infrastructure plans and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation.
