ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Application Developer, to join our team! For this position the work remote and Requires a one time tip to onsite at the Clarksburg WV site.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of two (2) years' experience with Java Development in a Linux Environment
• Experience with Web Applications, Web Services
• Experience with Relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Linux Systems
• Requirement analysis; software design, development, integration, bug fixing, and testing
• Java (Spring-boot), node, Javascript, Angular
• RESTful API design and development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) AND 2 years directly related experience
• Altassian's Jira (preferred, but not required)
• Security Clearance Requirements:
• Applicants must have an actively current Top Secret

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.

• Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Application Developer, to join our team! For this position the work remote and Requires a one time tip to onsite at the Clarksburg WV site.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Developing applications using traditional SQL based database management systems (Postgres).
• Unit testing and automated test development using tools such as Selenium, Protractor, SoapUI, Postman
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to include preparing and delivering presentations and artifacts to customer management.
• Implementing security controls required by Federal information systems.
• GIT, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Centos Linux, Python
• AWS Technologies: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS
• Development using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAFe
• Understand and leverage common software architectural styles and patterns
• Team player mindset

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,000-$135,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
