Application Developer at CONN-SELMER INC
We need one to Provide support for Microsoft PowerApps (DataVerse) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Service).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/MIS, computer science, business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, MB-210, MB-230
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing on the Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Service)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Experience with Azure developer services (Function Apps, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, etc.).
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with Microsoft Customer Voice.
- Experience with SharePoint Development and Administration.
- Experience with data migration.
- Experience with integration development.
- Experience with performance optimization.
- Strong passion to deliver high quality solutions.
Description
Provide support for Microsoft PowerApps (DataVerse) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Service).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the gathering and assessment of project requirements.
- Participate in the solution design to address any gaps.
- Prepare business requirements and system design documents.
- Develop solutions according to functional specifications.
- Participate in software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Become proficient in software solutions and ISVs (3rd party tools) as directed.
- Communicate effectively.
- Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to properly manage one’s own workload.
- Escalate top priority or production-critical issues to the appropriate support staff.
- Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
