Qualifications

• Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Obsession with continuous improvement and always thinking about how to make things look more beautiful than they are
• Good understanding of colour science and combinations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Figma etc.
• Team skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong drive to build products that matter to customers

Responsibilities

• Determine what’s best for the customer and create design concepts and user journeys
• Collaborate with product engineers around design specs and product improvements
• Convert design concepts into prototypes and conduct usability testing with real customers
• Keep up with current industry trends and market conditions
• Own and maintain coherency of design and visual language across aspects of the business and digital assets
• Continuously explore and suggest means to add delight to the customer experience through visual or functional means
