Qualifications

• Seasoned security Software Engineer
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Linux OS, Android security, C/C++ and static code analysis skills
• Experience in Vulnerabilities identification in the code and remediation recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideal industry experience with Embedded systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or relevant experience

Description

Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a Android Security Engineer with experience in vulnerability identification and remediation skills related to android security
with Linux OS, Android security, C/C++ and static code analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage vulnerabilities from multiple sources including static analyzers and fuzzers
• Confirm vulnerabilities are applicable on Reality Labs platforms
• Create proof of concept (“POC”) of vulnerability exploitation when necessary
• Provide security consultation to engineering teams who need help with fixing vulnerabilities.
• Follow-up with engineering teams to review the patch and make sure the vulnerability is patched correctly
• Communicate progress of the status via updating tasks, weekly status reports, updates in weekly meetings, asynchronously via internal chat tools
