Job Overview

The PKT Pal team is looking for a talented Android Developer that will extend an existing Android application with WiFi Direct capabilities using Android's WiFi Direct API. The app shall silently connect to a matching announced service (GAS) using a well-known hard-coded PIN code without requiring user interaction. You are free to define requirements for the P2P GO which will be implemented using wpa_supplicant on OpenWrt.

Job responsibilities

You will need in-depth knowledge of Android application development and you are a confident user of Android's WiFi Direct API. As the applications heavily rely on native (C code) components you should be well-versed in Java, C++ and C.
