Agile Business Analyst at Talos360

We are now looking to bring onboard an Agile Business Analyst to work on several exciting SaaS products and related projects and work closely with the development and the product teams.

On a day-to-day basis our Agile Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Translating user needs into compelling user stories
• Developing a strong understanding of products and solutions focussing on business outcomes
• Facilitate workshops to get the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ , both internally liaising across various departments and externally with select customers.
• Organise and help prioritise the sprint and backlog sessions
• Write user stories to break down epics into small deliverable features
• Work with the development team, to ensure they have all the requirements for the feature
• Create test plans and release plans
• Validate business requirements against prototypes and wireframes working closely with the wider product design team
• Research and understand other SaaS products to bring ideas, detail, insights to the table

As our Agile Business Analyst you will engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements for new features and development and to translate these into user stories.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst. Someone who has experience of working in Behaviour Driven Development, and through the full Product Development lifecycle. We are a fast-paced and cutting-edge business so you should also have experience of modern software delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, DevOps.
