What you bring to the table:

  • A proactive and sales-driven approach, consistently seeking out new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance affiliate program performance.
  • Demonstrable expertise in affiliate channel-specific management with a track record of managing and growing complex programs.
  • An analytical, data-driven working style with proficiency in using various SaaS tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with German being a plus, and the ability to interpret metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar affiliate publisher or partnership-facing role, ideally in a high-growth, subscription-based business.
  • Experience in executing campaigns across multiple countries and languages, particularly in the DACH region.

Role Overview :

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling our paid marketing activities across Jimdo media channels and partners. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute our global Affiliate Program strategy, optimizing channel performance to drive growth and ROI. Through your expertise in affiliate marketing, strategic relationship management, and campaign optimization, you will help enhance Jimdo's market presence and contribute to our overarching business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute an affiliate outreach strategy to identify and engage potential affiliates, nurturing relationships to drive engagement and collaboration.
  • Plan, deploy, and manage campaigns on the Impact platform, establishing and cultivating deep partnerships with key affiliates.
  • Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing for maximum conversion and ROI, aligning with company objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track affiliate performance, extract actionable insights, and prepare regular reports summarizing campaign results.
  • Manage the budget allocated for affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiencies and resolving discrepancies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation with new partner categories, enhancing affiliate engagement and conversion rates.
