My name is Muhammad Umar, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) graduate with hands-on experience in warehouse administration, logistics, production supervision, and operational support. I have worked in various industries, including logistics, manufacturing, and garment production, which has strengthened my ability to manage data, supervise teams, and ensure operational efficiency.
I previously served as a Production Supervisor in an embroidery manufacturing company, where I was responsible for overseeing employee performance, organizing workflows, handling customer complaints, and preparing performance reports. In addition, I have experience as a Warehouse Staff and Warehouse Admin, handling inventory recording, inbound and outbound goods monitoring, stock reconciliation, and report preparation.
Alongside my professional experience, I have a strong background in administration, reporting, and documentation, supported by solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. I also developed leadership and communication skills through my role as Chairman of the campus nature club (Mapala).
I am a detail-oriented, adaptable, and responsible individual with good communication skills in both Indonesian and English, and I am highly motivated to contribute to a company’s operational and administrative success.
