Examples of services I built:
- established monitoring platform and tracing services from scratch, equipped them with user friendly monitoring tools;
- cash security service: developed service that collects logs to find discrepancies in cash registers and, thus, reduces company's money loss (more than 100 000 EUR per year);
- service to automate Incident-Management processes (boosted incident resolution time by 40%);
- improved One-Click-Test-Environment service with new features and performance metrics.
