I've led numerous teams through the migration process, transitioning legacy applications from Delphi (Pascal) to Web Forms and subsequently to .NET Core. Presently, our architecture revolves around Domain-Driven Design (DDD), monolithic structures, and key frameworks like EF Core and Dapper.
During the transition to web forms, I devised a novel binding approach utilizing Expression Trees and CODDOM. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive workflow engine, incorporating features such as scheduling notifications, reporting functionalities, and backend database manipulation based on workflow progression.
