CorVel Corporation is hiring a Jr. Cloud Engineer to perform critical tasks for CorVel’s Cloud and Security Team. In this role, you will be deploying code to Azure for CorVel's line of business applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Azure DevOps release pipelines or similar CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of cloud computing, technical design, and implementations, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models.
- Organized; able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and set priorities among competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work and communicate constructively with others, both technical and non-technical.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, or other scripting or coding languages.
- Skilled with Active Directory and Azure AD user and group management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
BONUS SKILLS:
- Advanced Azure DevOps knowledge including build pipelines, boards, work items, and queries.
- Experience with source control (TFS, Git, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps principles and development lifecycles.
- Capabilities with Azure resource deployment and configuration using ARM templates.
- Experienced with Azure tools such as monitoring, alerting and automation.
- Proficient with Query languages (KQL, SQL, etc.).
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Report generation using Excel, Power Bi, or similar tools.

- Manage the movement of releases to QA and production environments.
- Monitoring of cloud applications and alerts.
- Work collaboratively with DevOps Team and IT daily.
- Manage Active Directory users and groups.
- Other duties as assigned.
